The following terms apply to financial transactions on the 99bat platform:

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from another person's account are prohibited.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a verified payment method and to the account used for the original deposit.
• 99bat reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending investigation if any suspicious activity is detected.
• Large withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.

99bat offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to all such offers:

• Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Wagering requirement is 20 times.
• Specific wagering conditions must be met to qualify for a bonus.
• If multiple bonus claims are attempted from the same person, household, or device, the account may be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first.
• Promotional offers have a set expiry period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• VIP program benefits and cashback rates are governed by separate rules.
• 99bat reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.

The following rules must be followed while playing games on 99bat:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error or disconnection, the amount of that bet will be refunded.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision and the game engine's result are final.
• In sports betting, bets can be placed both during a match and before it.
• The upper and lower limits for bet amounts are set separately for each game or event.
• 99bat reserves the right to recover any incorrect payouts caused by a system error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account cancellation:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or unlawful activity.
• Intentionally exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities.
• Misusing bonus benefits or attempting to meet bonus conditions through artificial means.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
• Playing games using automated bots or any other software.
• Attempting cyber attacks or hacking against the platform.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Opening an account using false identity documents.

• Long-inactive accounts with a zero balance.

If there is a valid balance before account cancellation and no breach has been proven, that amount will be returned to the user.

• Issues caused by internet disconnection or third parties.
• Interruptions to gameplay due to unexpected technical problems.
• Problems with the user's own device or software.
• Security breaches of an account resulting from the user's own negligence.

99bat reserves the right to change, add to, or remove these terms and conditions at any time.

• For significant changes, users will be notified by email or via a notice within the platform.
• If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you are considered to have accepted the new terms.
• The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
• Previous versions of the terms are no longer in effect.
