99bat Responsible Gaming —
Keep the Fun Within Safe Limits
Entertainment should never become a burden. 99bat provides tools like deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion so that gaming stays enjoyable and in control.
Responsible Gaming: What It Is and Why It Matters
Online betting and casino games are growing in popularity across Bangladesh. 99bat believes that entertainment and safety go hand in hand. Responsible gaming means enjoying the experience within your own means and time — in a way that never causes problems in your personal or family life.
The primary purpose of gambling should be entertainment, not a guaranteed source of income. When someone repeatedly places bets to recover lost money, or loses themselves in games while neglecting other responsibilities in life, that behaviour moves toward a problem. 99bat is committed to the mental well-being and financial safety of all its players.
Our platform is for people aged 21 and above only. It is both our responsibility and yours to keep minors — those under 21 — away from any form of online betting or gambling. If someone like that is in your household, please keep your account details secure.
The responsible gaming policy at 99bat is not limited to a single page — it is the foundation of every decision we make. Below is a description of the protection tools we provide, the warning signs to watch for, and how we can help you.
Our 6 Core Principles
99bat follows these core pillars for responsible gaming so that every player can stay safe and happy.
Transparent Information
We provide complete information about the rules, odds, and risks of every game. Nothing is hidden — players can make decisions with full knowledge.
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased before the specified period ends.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel the need, you can temporarily pause your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. Taking a break is not a weakness — it is the smart thing to do.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, let our support team know. We will close your account for an extended period or permanently.
Age Verification
We verify age at registration and again later when needed. No one under 21 is permitted to use 99bat.
24/7 Support
For any issue, at any time, our Bangla-speaking support team is available in live chat. It is never too late to ask for help.
Warning Signs of a Problem

- You are spending long hours gambling while neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities.
- You are taking out loans or borrowing money from others in order to gamble.

99bat Protection Tools
These tools are active on our platform and can be used at any time.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; a request to increase it takes effect after a specified waiting period.
Loss Limit
You can set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, the option to place bets will automatically be disabled.
Time-Out
Put your account on a break for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time you will not be able to log in or carry out any transactions.
Self-Exclusion
Close your account for 6 months or more on a long-term basis. Once this option is chosen, it is not possible to reactivate the account before the period ends.
To activate these tools or for more information, contact our 24/7 live chat support or email us directly at: [email protected]. Our team will provide you with full assistance in Bangla.
For Ages 21 and Above Only
Opening an account on 99bat and playing any form of betting or casino game is strictly limited to those aged 21 and above. If false information about age is provided during registration, the account will be permanently closed and deposited funds may be forfeited. Please be mindful that minors among your acquaintances stay away from online betting.
